How to fix Chrome web browser blocking file download:

Downloading of EXE files is now blocked by default in Chrome.
Solution:

1. Click the download link of the file in your download link email.
2. In the next popup RIGHTCLICK the blue "Download File" button  select the option "Open Link in Incognito Window" from the dropdown list.
